I think that Division head guy from the 3rd and 4th grade division should get it...signed, Not Shlomo
Being that Moshe got the "Royal Screw" for the last 5 years or so, I nominate Moshe for another Dedication as courtesy. I do not know who this Moshe is, or what this whole thing is about, but it just seems like the right thing to do.
